Orders can be placed on the web, via phone, fax, email or mail.
There is no minimum quantity for orders; we accept orders of all dollar values and quantities. You can contact us by phone or email to receive special pricing on large or bulk orders.
Payment Options
- We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. For your convenience you may fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form and we will automatically charge your credit card. Please print this form sign and fax to (315) 431-0149.
- C.O.D. (orders are subject to a $10.00 UPS service charge)
- Purchase Orders - to apply for credit, call 1-800-433-7797 and request a Credit Application or click this link Credit Application , print the form, sign and fax back to 315-431-0149. Our terms are Net 30 days.
- Wire Transfers (there is a $30 wire transfer fee charged by the banking instituion. For international orders this fee is subject to change)
All returns are subject to prior return authorization from Danlee Medical Products, Inc.
Return Policy Overview
You may return items purchased at Danlee Medical Products, Inc. within 30 days of invoice date for a full refund including return shipping costs if it is found that the product is defective or the return is the result of our error. If the item is returned within 30 days for any other reason, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization number (see instruction for Obtaining a Return Materials Authorization below). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 4 weeks of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
A 30 day warranty period applies to any consumable item (items needing replacement periodically due to wear and tear (ex. cables) or, single use item (ex. electrodes). Defects must be reported to Danlee Medical within 30 days of date of invoice to receive warranty replacement. Misuse or misapplication of the product will void any applicable warranty.
Shortages or Discrepancies
Order shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order; any form of credit will not be issued after that time.
Damaged ProductsWe guarantee that all of our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment; prior to shipping, all orders are inspected. If an order arrives damaged please notify Danlee Medical within 48 hours of receiving the shipment; any form of credit will not be issued after that time.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be authorized or accepted for any special order/custom items.
