Question: What is your return material and refund policy?

COVID19 Policy Update (Effective April 1, 2020):
Danlee Medical is taking all the necessary steps to make sure that we do everything that we can to continue to meet the needs of our customers and protect the safety of our employees. We know we have a critical role to play in making medical supplies available to customers when they need them, and Danlee Medical Products endeavors to serve as many customers as possible in these uncertain times. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we are experiencing higher than normal demand globally for all types of medical supplies. Given this situation all sales are final. Danlee Medical Products will continue to closely monitor guidance from government, state and local agencies and adjust our policies accordingly. Return Policy Overview:
You may return items purchased at Danlee Medical Products, Inc. within (30) days of invoice date for a full refund including return shipping costs if it is found that the product is defective or the return is the result of our error. If the item is returned within (30) days for any other reason, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization Number (see instructions for obtaining a Return Materials Authorization Number below). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within (4) weeks of receiving the returned item.

Other Return Stipulations:
Warranty: A (30) day warranty period applies to any consumable item (items needing replacement periodically due to wear and tear (ex. cables, leadwires) or, single use item (ex. electrodes). Defects must be reported to Danlee Medical, Inc. within (30) days of date of invoice to receive warranty replacement. Misuse or misapplication of the product will void any applicable warranty.

Shortages or Discrepancies:
Order shortages or discrepancies must be reported within (10) days of receipt of order; any form of credit will not be issued after that time.

Damaged Products:
We guarantee that all of our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment. Prior to shipping, all orders are inspected. If an order arrives damaged please notify us within (48) hours of receiving the shipment. Any form of credit will not be issued after that time.

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns will not be authorized or accepted for any special order/custom items.

Obtaining Return Materials Authorization:
Contact our Claims Department at [email protected] or via phone at 1-800-433-7797 to file a claim and request an RMA number. RMA numbers are void after (30) days. Ship authorized returns within the allotted time, in their original condition and product packaging (and freight prepaid unless otherwise instructed) to the below address:
