The 3M™ Littmann Lightweight II SE Stethoscope –  is a general-purpose stethoscope that provides reliable acoustics for basic blood-pressure and limited physical assessment. A tunable diaphragm on one side augments the traditional bell function of the opposite side. This helps alternating between low and high frequency sounds without the need to turn over the chest-piece. The 3M™ Lightweight II SE Stethoscope – has a comfortable angled, anatomically correct headset and comes in a variety of colors that make the single-lumen tubing stand out.
