The Dynarex Povidone Iodine Swabstick - SW1201X are ideal for antiseptic skin preparation, venipuncture, IV starts, renal dialysis, pre-op prepping or other minor invasive procedures.  Each Dynarex Povidone Iodine Swabstick - SW1201X is saturated with 10 percent povidone iodine solution (a solution similar to Betadine) effectively remove oil, dirt and skin from the prep site. The Dynarex Povidone Iodine Swabstick - SW1201X are conveniently packaged for use in first aid kits, in the home, at school, or most any medical setting.
